How is Distance Reiki different than an in person session?
Reiki, Universal Life Force Energy is the unseen energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Energy can travel across time, space, and distance; to a person, place, or event; past, present, or future. Yes, healing can be offered to past or even ancestral pains as well as sending positive energy to future events. The energy transmitted remotely is just as powerful as it is delivered in person. The energy will always work for your highest good, going exactly where it is needed most.
Every session, in person or at a distance, is unique to the recipient. You can expect to experience the same feelings/sensations as you would in an in person session.

Who should have Distance Reiki?
- Anyone and everyone of all ages. Yes, even children.
- Convenient for those in a time crunch (busy, busy) and want to skip the stress of an added commute.
- Comfortable for those who feel better staying in their own, controlled space due to stress, anxiety, social anxiety, etc.. Being in your own setting can make it easier to relax.
- Perfect option when you're feeling under the weather physically.
- Great option for anyone with mobility challenges
- During pregnancy or post pregnancy
- Ideal for those who are in areas where in person practitioners are not available.
- During inclement weather when you would rather not travel
- Pets
- Pets who are missing/lost
Where to experience Distance Reiki
- Laying down on a bed, couch, hammock, etc...
- Sitting comfortably with something to support your head (for deeper relaxation or if you fall asleep during the session).
- Sitting comfortably on a break at work.
- While simply going about your day at home, at work, in your car...anywhere.
Your cells and Spirit will pull the energy they need regardless of where you are. If however, you are able to be fully present, still and quiet, you are more likely to be aware of subtle sensations that arise during the session.
Options for how to receive Distance Reiki
- a ZOOM meeting where we can see one another
- over a phone call where we can speak to one another
- We can email/text or chat on the phone ahead of the session as well as after. During our set appointment time, you can relax on your own.
- Or...we set an appointment time where I will conduct a session for you while you just go about your day.
In either case, I will send you a Consent form to sign and return prior to your session as well as suggestions for how to prepare for your session. Afterwards, we can chat/email/text if you'd like to share your experience or if you have any questions and if I have any impressions to share with you. I will also send you aftercare suggestions
