How to Use
Sprinkle 1/2 - 1 cup bath salts into your tub while the water is running. Swirl the salts around a bit by hand, to help them dissolve. For best results, your bath water should be warm, not scalding hot. Your skin will absorb the moisture more effectively if the water is not too hot. Enjoy a 20-30 minute soak. Rinse off with fresh water after your soak, to remove any impurities or residue. You may even enjoy using a wash cloth or loofah to exfoliate after you bath.
**Make sure you hydrate well, before and after, with a tall glass of water.
