Hello and Welcome to Healthy Spirit Fitness!

We are now offering services and products at our new location in the heart of Callander Ontario within the very lovely Ohana Wellness Centre at 1436 Main Street North.

Healthy Spirit Fitness was originally created by Deborah Gurash, a Natural Health Practitioner of over 20 years, to show how 'Healthy' can be fun, easy, economical and delicious with healthy food, self-care practices, spiritual connections, and fitness. (Oh yes, we know the economical part can be challenging especially in present times but there are always ways to make things work.)

Deborah takes both an evidence-informed and an intuitive approach to massage therapy and has been working with energy healing, meditation, Tarot, oracles, crystals, and spiritual practices from a variety of cultures and faiths most of her life. So, it seemed a natural extension to create a Smudge Spray with intentional essential oils and crystals. The most recent formula is pet-safe and more additions are on the way.

A lover of the great outdoors, Deborah has long been an environmentalist. Since moving to Northern Ontario and spending the last 6+ years living in a forest, Deborah has developed a line of environmentally friendly cleaning products. An animal lover too, she's excited to showcase a new line that is also pet-safe.

Deborah loves creating new healthy recipes or 'healthifying' classics and old family favourites to include as many nutrients as possible, refined sugar-free and more recently, gluten-free. You can find some of these in our Blog section as well as on our social media pages.
